- Matter-Centric Collaboration & Electronic Matter Folders
– Matter Folders in OceanX ECM contains all the matter documents (including scan images, soft copy documents and emails) and multiple users could work on it at the same time. - Email Management
– OceanX ECM could integrate with Outlook for Email Management. Outgoing and Incoming emails could be filed into Matter Folders in OceanX ECM directly. - OceanX Legal Case Management
– A solution to manage legal cases from enquiry to real case, and create the related matter folders in OceanX ECM. - OceanX PDFX
– A tool to convert any documents into PDF with Watermark, Page Numbers, Bate Numbers and Security Control. It can also be used to bind documents in a matter folder in OceanX ECM into Matter Bibles with TOC and cover page.
